I turn unclear problems into clear user flows and design directions. On ShiftSyncer, a shift-management app for small businesses, I mapped user journeys to find the steps that mattered most before designing.
Surveys, personas and usability feedback shape my decisions. My shareholder-voting concept started with an online survey, and ShiftSyncer's design improved through usability studies and peer feedback.
I take ideas from wireframes to polished mobile screens and interactive prototypes, so teams can test them early. ShiftSyncer covers both the owner and employee sides in one app.
I define typography, colour and reusable components so screens stay consistent as products grow. Both ShiftSyncer and My Opinion have their own design systems.
I’m a Product Designer who turns complex workflows into simple, usable experiences.
My work spans user research, interaction design, prototyping and design systems. I work closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to turn ideas into products people can use.
I've worked across workforce management, finance, social products, gaming and travel. I aim for designs that are clear for users, practical for businesses and ready to build.
